Sport Slugs (All Versions)

Sport slugs are version-specific. The same sport can be spelled differently on V2, V3, V4 and V6, so a slug that works on one version may 404 on another. This page and the reference endpoint below are the source of truth — do not infer slugs from display names.

Poll this endpoint at build/deploy time instead of hardcoding slug tables. It does not consume quota and does not require an API key.

For every sport and version, these are equivalent:

# Per-sport subdomain form (legacy, still supported)

V3 endpoints are sport-scoped upstream, so the sport appears twice in the subdomain form: https://v3.cycling.sportsapipro.com/api/v1/cycling/yesterday. The canonical path form hides that — https://api.sportsapipro.com/v3/cycling/yesterday.
