Scoring Format

Table tennis is best of 5 or 7 games. Use GET /api/match/:matchId — it returns:
  • period1–period7 = points per game (games to 11, win by 2)
  • current = games won
  • lastPeriod plus status.description = the active game; its period{N} pair is the live point score
Timing: there is no clock or duration field for table tennis. startTimestamp is the scheduled start and can differ from the actual start by minutes in either direction; time.currentPeriodStartTimestamp (present on some matches only) marks the start of the current game. For an accurate elapsed-time counter, record the moment a match first transitions to status.type: "inprogress" on your side and count from there.

Game Scores

Not available for table tennis — this sub-resource returns an upstream 404. Read the per-game scores from GET /api/match/:matchId instead. The same applies to /graph.

Point by Point

Point-by-point live data for real-time tracking. Each set object contains a points array (homePoint, awayPoint, homePointType, awayPointType) and a score object.
Current server is not available for table tennis. The score.serving field exists in the schema but is returned as -1 (unknown) for table tennis matches, and table tennis events carry no firstToServe field (unlike Tennis V2). Aggregate service data is available after the fact via /statistics (“Service points won”, “Receiver points won”).
